Last updated: April 28, 2026
These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using WorkPilot. By creating an account or using WorkPilot, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Provider
WorkPilot is operated by Masury Digital LLC. WorkPilot provides software tools for contractors and service businesses, including lead tracking, quotes, invoices, scheduling, customer request intake, and business insights.
2. Account Use
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account and business information when using WorkPilot.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WorkPilot for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activity. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the platform.
4. Customer and Business Data
You are responsible for the customer, quote, invoice, lead, job, and business information you enter into WorkPilot. You confirm that you have the right to store and use that information in connection with your business.
5. Subscriptions and Access
WorkPilot may offer free and paid plans. Paid features, usage limits, and pricing may vary by plan. If your subscription ends, fails, or is canceled, access to paid features may be limited or removed.
6. No Guarantee of Results
WorkPilot is designed to help contractors organize and manage business activity. We do not guarantee that using WorkPilot will produce specific revenue, leads, jobs, customer responses, or business results.
7. Availability
We work to keep WorkPilot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, updates, third-party services, or events outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Masury Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to your use of WorkPilot.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WorkPilot after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information WorkPilot collects, how it is used, and how we protect it.
1. Information We Collect
WorkPilot may collect account information, business information, customer request information, leads, quotes, invoices, job details, scheduling information, email addresses, phone numbers, and usage-related data needed to operate the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide WorkPilot features, authenticate users, process subscriptions, send service-related emails, organize customer and business records, improve the product, and support customer requests.
3. Customer Data
Contractors using WorkPilot may enter customer names, emails, phone numbers, job notes, quote information, invoice information, and project details. This information is used to provide the WorkPilot service to that contractor account.
4. Third-Party Services
WorkPilot may rely on trusted third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, and email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.
5. Payments
Payment information is processed by Stripe or another payment provider. WorkPilot does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on its own servers.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and users are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and protecting account access.
7. Data Retention
We may retain account and business data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business records.
8. Your Choices
You may contact Masury Digital LLC to request support with account access, data questions, or privacy-related requests.
9. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as WorkPilot changes. The updated date above will reflect the latest version.
Billing Policy
Last updated: April 28, 2026
This Billing Policy explains subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, refunds, and plan limits for WorkPilot.
1. Plans
WorkPilot may offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Plan features, usage limits, and pricing are shown on the WorkPilot pricing page and may change over time.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.
3. Free Plan Limits
The Free plan may include limits such as active job limits, quote limits, invoice limits, and access restrictions for advanced tools. WorkPilot may enforce these limits automatically inside the product.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription according to the cancellation options available through WorkPilot, Stripe, or by contacting Masury Digital LLC. Canceling stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access to paid features may be paused, downgraded, or canceled until payment is successfully completed.
6. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, unless required by law or approved by Masury Digital LLC at its discretion.
7. Pricing Changes
WorkPilot may change pricing or plan features in the future. Any required notices will be provided according to applicable rules and payment provider requirements.
